One ring plus one wild night equals one crazy love

Sherry Robicheaux loves men. She loves love. And she loves an adventure. So when she meets a mysterious man while working backstage at a country music concert in Vegas, she’s all about what’s happened in Vegas staying there.

Country music superstar Tyler Blue just wants a weekend of anonymity…though there’s something about the spunky waitress with the streaks of purple hair that tempts him like no other. Until the next morning, when they both wake up with fuzzy memories…and rings on their fingers.

Convincing Sherry to maintain the ruse for his public image isn’t the hardest part—it’s reminding himself that their time spent playing husband and wife in her small town of Magnolia Springs can’t last. Tyler’s first love will always be music—and the road is no place for a sweet downhome girl.

This is a really cute series. I love small hometown stories. You just can’t get enough of the spit-fire soft hearted purple streaked hair small town girl mixed with the country music man that attracts this girl’s puppy and who is also secretly from a small home and both have tender hearts to go with it

This is Sherry’s story. She goes off to Vegas to cater with plans of having a weekend of letting go and hooking up before she goes home and marries Mr. Boring. She has given up that there are fairy tales in real life like her romance books say. So she thinks she is going to hook up with a roadie because she wants nothing to do with the main attraction. She meets Tyler and they have a wonderful weekend and wake up after a drunken night and find themselves married! The only thing is – Tyler is the main attraction of the band Blue as in Tyler Blue. Sherry finds out the hard way when she gets home and there are the paparazzi at her door.

Tyler has to go to Louisiana for a month there and because of his label and manager he is forced to keep the ruse of marriage for a while to help his career. Based on popular opinion, married country stars make better songs. Now, he just has to convince Sherry to keep the ruse. She agrees to it, because she also needs for her family not to think that she can’t make descent choices. But she also has rules like kisses and the look of a real fairy tale on the outside, but not behind closed doors. In fact, nothing behind closed doors is to happen. She knows if she doesn’t have the rules, her heart will break.

They meet each other’s families (I am a sucker for families in my books) and fall in love with them. They also see what the other likes to do and they help each other. Tyler also finds that his creative streak is better with her in his life. He even finds himself protective over her when her cheating ex comes into an event and he jumps over the bar and saunters over to Sherry and gives the most swoon worthy kiss and dip ever to cat calls and whistles in the house! Be still, my heart! Then the tabloids think that this other young country girl singer would be a better match for Tyler and when Sherry sees them together, she is sad and a little jealous and thinks she has no right to be that way because of her rules and the knowledge that this is all temporary. I felt my own heart breaking there.

So how do they fix this with their hearts intact and jobs and dreams from being swept away? You have to read it yourself.

I love the chemistry the two have together. I love the family dynamics. It all just makes for a really sweet story. The two are really funny together.

If you love dancing in the rain, songs written about you dancing in the rain, learning guitar while snuggled together, living your dreams, close families, brothers who will kill for their sisters (LOL), country music (or any music), and figuring out how to make things work than this story is for you.

The story is fade to black intimacy with some suggestive words.

There was no music, no beat other than the rain hitting the roof of the house and cars, but he danced anyway. They boogied together, in a storm, in public where anyone could watch (and the bodyguard parked out front definitely was). It was completely unlike him, and it felt ridiculous. Dumb and stupid... and completely free.

Award-winning and Bestselling author Rachel Harris writes humorous love stories about sassy girls next door and the hot guys that make them swoon. Emotion, vibrant settings, and strong relationships are a staple in each of her books...and kissing. Lots of kissing.

An admitted Diet Mountain Dew addict and homeschool mom, she gets through each day by laughing at herself, hugging her kids, and watching way too much Food Network with her husband. She writes young adult, new adult, and adult romance, and LOVES talking with readers.
