Hello, everyone! I’m here today to blog about my latest release, Try Me. It’s the first in a fun new series called Take a Chance.

In the book, the hero is an emotionally scarred Marine. He wakes up lost in a desert and confused as to how he even got there in the first place. He’s always screwing up, and this time just puts the tops them all. He’s certain he’s going to bake alive in the desert, and no one would even know—yet alone care.

When a car comes along, it has Erica in it—the same girl he poured his heart out to seven years ago. The same girl who ran away when he told her that he loved her. The emotions between the two have never died, and when you put them together? You’ve got one heck of a romance book!

The chemistry between the two of them is tangible. I loved how Jeremy is always pushing the limits, trying to tempt Erica into giving him a shot, and Erica really, really wants to—I mean, have you seen those abs?!—but refuses to give in. The few times she forgets all of her reasons and gives in? It’s hot.

Having the two of them with such a rich background, and all of the unresolved feelings, made for a fun read, and a hot book. But to truly get why they act like they do, you have to dig deeper. And even once they know all of each other’s insecurities and fears—the bond grows stronger. That’s what love is. But can they dig that deep, and get their happily-ever after? You’ll have to read it to find out!
