There's a time when every girl doubts herself - whether she's special, unique, smart, attractive and everything her parents made her believe she was - and Lola goes through the same period and overcomes it. Stephanie Perkins has created an awesome and unique character whose personality stands out.
Lola and the Boy Next Door is much much better than Anna and the French Kiss! I cannot wait to read the next novel!

ReplyDeleteI loved this book so much!! I love Stephenie Perkins' writings! I have to say I enjoyed Anna and The French Kiss a little more, but I loved this one too :)
ReplyDeleteI was debating on whether I wanted to read this. I read Anna and the French Kiss last month & didn't really get why everyone loved it, I found it to be just okay. Maybe I will give Lola and the Boy Next Door a chance. Thanks for the review.
